Dear Ellen. I am a Realtor who is about to loose everything, (house, car, etc...) When at one point, had seven property sales, I was diagnosed with cancer. Within a week, I had surgery and half of my lung was removed, then came quimo. The sad part is that my co-worker (the one whom I trusted to complete the transaction, betrayed me), she kept the commission, stating that she had been the procuring cause of the sale. I found out when I returned to work (still not doing OK. but I needed the $$) six weeks after the surgery. At this time my husband has been unemployed for four months. I'm working --2 days a wk. = $143/wk as an assistant, therefore I'm not entitled to a commission split. IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW WAN'T TO BUY A PROPERTY, P L E A S E!!!!!!
